A letter from
Rev. Dennis J. Hester

Brothers & Sisters,

As a church leader are you experiencing conflict personally or in your church? Before you quit, send out your resume or get fired, call me. I can help you.

As a church member, are you experiencing conflict and difficulties with your pastor or staff member?

You don't have to fire your staff. If you are searching for "Christ-like" alternative to firing your pastor or staff member, please call me.

Many churches are using termination as the "weapon of choice" in targeting church staff problems, but it doesn't have to be that way.

The Scripture calls for congregations to be,
"… diligent to preserve the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace, (Eph.4:3).

Peace, harmony and unity in congregations don't just automatically happen. As God's people we must make it happen by "speaking the truth in love," (Eph.4:15) and by other strategies.

If you are willing and tired of fighting and tired of being in conflict, please call me and let's talk about what you are experiencing.

My passion and my calling is to help church leaders and congregations that are struggling and want to find ways to heal and become healthier in order that they might be more effective and productive in the work God has called them to accomplish.

Blessings,
Rev. Dennis J. Hester
